Costs

We assist you in important, often once-in-a-lifetime, financial-strategic projects. In our experience, these projects should be dealt with in a structured and proactive manner. Professionalism is crucial, especially in contracting banks and investors, but also other strategic parties. As such, you will incur certain costs in advance, but this comes along with the great advantage that you will be introduced to our "preferred partners".

We charge an hourly rate in combination with a success fee, based on a percentage of the financial transaction. When we work on a part time basis as financial director we charge a daily fee. With the exception of certain bank debt-raising projects, we do not work on a "no cure, no pay" basis.

We are capable of identifying substantial cost savings in you company and are happy to make an appointment with you without any further commitment on your behalf.
