Ron started his career as a financial analyst at ABN AMRO in 1993 after graduating with a degree in technical information science. In the years that followed, Ron specialized in IPOs and M&A of technology companies. In 1997 he became Global Sector Director Tech Research, responsible for a team of more than 20 analysts in over 15 countries. His team was ranked 2^nd in Reuters’ ‘smaller company research poll’ in 1999. In 2000 he became an independent corporate finance advisor and a venture capitalist.  

At the beginning of 2002 Ron joined BlueMind Corporate Finance as Managing Partner. Ron is also a boardmember at Personalised gifts | Bulbby, NetMediaEurope - TMT news en Unet - Managed VOIP.
