Jan Willem Jonkman (1969) - Managing Partner

Jan Willem started his career as a corporate banker at ABN AMRO in 1993, where he was responsible for a portfolio of (inter)national companies. In 1996 he became a regional director retail/SME banking for ABN AMRO Amsterdam, managing three branch offices and a large team of people.

Jan Willem holds a degree from the Netherlands in Business Economics and Marketing. In Antwerp (Belgium) he subsequently earned his second license in Financial Economics and International Business.

Since 2006 Jan Willem is a member of the board and since 2008 chiarman of the Board of the Dutch Association Corporate Finance (DCFA), with 200 members the largest association in the Netherlands for professionals working in the corporate finance and M&A sector.

Jan-Willem founded BlueMind Corporate Finance in 1999 and is one of the Managing Partners.
