Approach
We can assist you in important – often once-in-a-lifetime – financial strategic projects. Experience has shown that such projects need to be approached in a structured and pro-active manner. When approaching banks and investors in particular, but also other strategic parties, the following applies: the more professional the process, the greater the chance for success.
This calls for incurring certain costs in advance, but comes along with the major benefit of being introduced to our ‘good acquaintances’ at the right level.
We charge an hourly rate or monthly retainer in combination with a success fee based on a percentage of the financial transaction. We do not work on a ‘no cure, no pay’ basis.
