  • Intensively managed the interests of the shareholders/management team of ISDC
  • Representing founders/management, we led negotiations for the best terms and conditions in this deal
  • Coordinated the DD process and closed the transaction with Synergia Capital Fund III

  • Provided business/financial advice to the founders of Gynzy
  • The founders of Gynzy also founded Zylom. Zylom was succesfully sold to Real Networks (USA) in 2006. BlueMind exclusively advised Zylom on this transaction.
